Many RDA Groups accept volunteers from 12 years of age and there’s lots on offer for younger volunteers.
If you are a member of The Pony Club, you can start volunteering as part of your Pony Club Achievement Badge. RDA volunteering can help towards your Duke of Edinburgh Awards at all levels and you can even do residential volunteering as part of an RDA holiday. RDA volunteering can fit into your school’s PSR curriculum.
RDA also offers the Young Equestrian Leaders Award (YELA), which recognises and rewards young people in volunteering. Find out more about YELA from Katy Downing at RDA (email@example.com) 01926 405977.
You can find out more about YELA and apply online through the YELA Website.
The Young Equestrian Leaders Award is supported by Deezynes who produce fantastic personalised clothing, whether its a one of design or whole groups they will have the product and service to meet your needs. Just like many of our young volunteers Deezynes also has a passion for equestrianism. To view their full range visit their website Here.
