Venue:      The Long Room, Lord’s Cricket Ground, St John’s Wood Rd, London NW8 8QN
Nearest tube stations within walking distance:
St. John’s Wood, Jubilee line (5 mins). Warwick Avenue, Bakerloo line (10 mins). Marylebone, Bakerloo line (10 mins)

For Optional Tour ticket holders: Guests who have pre-booked the optional tour of the MCC Museum, Ashes and Cricket Ground the tour starts at 6pm prompt and lasts for approximately 45minutes finishing in the Long Room Bar.
Guests arriving early in a group where some have tour tickets and others don’t then The Lord’s Tavern pub next to the ground in St John’s Wood Rd is a good place to assemble and wait until the drinks reception starts in the Long Room.

For Gala Dinner ticket holders:
7pm Pre-dinner drinks  reception in The Long Room Bar
7.40pm Dinner          Bar closes 11pm

Dress Code:  Strictly black tie and dinner jacket for gentlemen, evening dresses for ladies (not necessarily long dresses though).  The venue is rather strict regarding the dress code and may refuse entry to gentlemen who are not wearing black tie.

Special dietary requirements: Please email satkinson@rda.org.uk with any special dietary requirements by 9 September 2015.

Tickets:  Are being posted out from RDA National Office during the week commencing 7 September.
Award winners: All Gala Award winners have been notified, 6 awards are being presented during the evening.
Auction prizes: The auction list will be emailed to all dinner guests prior to the event, posted online and on social media.

This year guests can book the optional behind the scenes tour of
Lord’s, the Home of Cricket meet world famous cricket commentator, Jonathan Agnew and find out more about his Road to Rio 2016.  Jonathan will be running the commentary for the equestrian Olympic Games, in Rio 2016.
