Summary of Job:
We are seeking a new member of the team to support key areas of operations within National Office and to support the wider team in all operational and HR related matters; all with a continual emphasis on the delivery of services to RDA groups and volunteers.
The main responsibilities of the role include providing operational support in four key areas:
- Providing HR support and administration under the guidance of the Operations Director
- Coordinating all operational matters within the office, equestrian centre and National Training Centre
- Supporting with the general organisation and running of commercial activities
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and Centre Manager
The role is office based , although there will be times when you may need to travel to events or member groups.
You will need to be organised and self-motivated, being be able to manage your time effectively; providing support to a number of key stakeholders, whilst working on a varied range of administrative tasks.
It is important that you are a confident communicator, are adaptable and have exceptional customer service skills, as you will deal with bookings for the conference and centre facilities at our national training centre.

This is a full time role, working 35 hours per week
(09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-16:00 on Friday with one hour for lunch)
Salary is £20,000 per annum, plus pension.
